      I paid Bricky ( Brick's Home Improvement ) a total of $7000.00. He did maybe $200.00 worth of work and never came back. He left tools in my garage and lumber on the lawn. I called him ( ************ ) on 4/5/2025 and left a message. He did not call back. I called again 4/6/2025 and left a message. He did not call back. I called again 4/7/2025 and his phone number had been changed, disconnected or was no longer in service. I called the NYS Troopers 4/24/2025, and an officer came to my house and I filed a "Report of Incident Verification". Incident # ************. The phone number you have on your web page is invalid. I spoke to a girl ( who I don't think she believed me ) when I told her the phone number was invalid. She said just a minute and called the phone number ( ************ ) and found out that I wasn't lying. The number is invalid. I want my $7000.00 BACK! ******* *****

      8/26/22 signed contract to have roof replaced on garage and shed on my property. Gave Contractor $2000 and have not seen him since. We spoke on the phone twice-he has a different excuse each time why he can't come to do the job. I finally told him either get the job done or return my $2000. He said he would be at my house on 6/14/23 to do the job. Here I am a week later and he isn't returning phone messages. I need help from someone. My kids have even tried to intervene and he doesn't return messages left by them either. I am 88 years old and feel like he is taking advantage of me. Please help

      Paid to rebuild garage and repair house roof, work was not started until Spring 2022, only garage roof has been completed, garage is incomplete and missing walls on one side. Repeated payments have been taken totaling $14500. Repeated calls have been ignored and appointments have been missed.
