    I was traveling for work and on the road to Binghamton, NY and using google maps I looked up hotels. I called the number from google maps for the Holiday Inn. I was booked a room checking in on 12/5/23 and checking out 12/7/23. When I checked out the hotel gave me my invoice for $259.34 which was charged to my credit card. When I got home I checked my credit card on 12/8/23 and found I was double charged both from Holiday Inn but also for $393.48 from "Holiday Inn Lodging.Support", which it seems is a separate service that the phone number from google maps gave me. I reported this to them with a copy of my double charge statement and requested a refund of $393.48. It's now 12/22/23 and via email on my support ticket (********) they keep telling me they're "looking into it" and have not issued a refund. This shouldn't take this long.

    We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. The room charges were paid to a third party reservation site 'Hotel beds' which was not noticed by the Front Desk Agent.

    Attached please find a credit for an amount of $259.34 to the Visa card ending with ****

    We will also share this refund with Mr **** *********** via email.
