      7/8/2024 Burke Pest Control, I believe bought by ******** insists that customers pay for a service before it is completed. I have termite stations on my property. Burke Pest Control sent me an invoice with no evidence that the stations have been checked and expects me to pay my yearly amount of $378. The receptionist admits that nobody has come out to check the stations and is putting pressure on me to pay for a service that shows no proof that it has been done. This is improper practice and deserves to be investigated. I will not pay the invoice until I see that the stations have been checked and which ones may need replacement. This has not yet been done, yet Burke Control insists on their money.

      Hello, the policy for the ********* Termite System was updated in 2023. We send out an invoice the month prior to the renewal period. Once that payment is received and processed we then schedule a technician to come out and complete the ********* Termite System inspection and upkeep. After the service is completed an inspection report will be sent out via the USPS. I understand service is requested prior to payment, that is not an option for this specific program.

      Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. It seems I have no choice but to accept it as the stations are already in the ground and I would pay a lot of money to start up with another company. One thing, last year the technician didn't have the proper equipment to find the stations. He said that the company intends to purchase more station detectors. I hope this is the case when you come to my property this year.. Regards, ******* **********
