      NEOGENE LLC has defrauded me of my security deposit. After moving out, I have been constantly notifying them to return it to me. I received little to no response, and upon receiving a response, it was that I would be receiving $10. I have never received an itemized list of deductibles, ESPECIALLY NOT within 14 days of moving out. Under NYS law I believe that would be illegal. I also have documentation from them stating that our full account ledger would be amounted to "-800" or that they owe us $800. Please see attached documents for review. I have not lived at the property for three months. They told me I would receive a deposit, then two days ago I received an email that said I'd be receiving $10.

      I lived at *** ********** ** *** * from July 2022 to June 2023. I vacated the property and did a walk through with Fred. I was told to email about getting the deposit returned and I did. I have tried to call numerous times for varies phone numbers with no success. My roommate **** ******* and I both want our deposits back. I am also being charged for utilities and fees after I have moved from the property

      Have been paying rent for my daughter to LiveInBing while she was attending SUNY Binghamton. They have not returned the security deposit when she moved out and continue to try to debit my checking account for rent each month. They have ignored emails and voicemails. This highly disreputable slumlord also goes by LiveInBing and Neogene LLC.

      Better Business Bureau:
      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
      I do not consider the matter resolved as the business does not reply to me and still hasn't sent back my $900 even though she moved out more a month and a half ago.
