    THIS IS LATTER I JUST SENT TO AUTOVANTAGE. WHERE THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN BILLING, AT ALL WHATSOEVER.
    MY MEMBER NUMBER IS XXXXXXX**. I JOINED AUTOVANTAGE ON DECEMBER 11, 2018 AND USED THE SERVICE...ONCE IN 4 1/2 YEARS. LAST NIGHT I BROKE DOWN ON A DARK HIGHWAY, AFTER OVERHEATING AND FELT GOOD THAT I HAD MY MEMBERSHIP WITH AUTOVANTAGE. WHEN I CALLED THE ###-###-#### NUMBER AND HIT PROMPT 1 FOR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE, I GOT A GIRL ON THE PHONE THAT COULD NOT VERIFY MY MEMBERSHIP AND THEN QUOTED ME A PRICE OF OVER $3,000 TO GET A TOW? I TOLD HER THAT THIS WAS OUTRAGEOUS. THEN SHE SAID TO CALL ANOTHER NUMBER FOR HELP. ###-###-####. I GOT A VOICEMAIL????????????? GREAT HELP - ZERO-ZILCH-NADA! I CALLED UP AGAIN TODAY TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG AND HUGO TOLD ME MY POLICY WAS CANCELED, BECAUSE ONE OF MY PAYMENTS DIDN'T GO THROUGH. I WANT AN EXPLANATION ABOUT WHY I WAS NOT NOTIFIED, EITHER BY E-MAIL, PHONE CALL OR LETTER, ABOUT THIS OCCURRENCE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. HUGO APOLOGIZED, BUT I SAID IT DOES NOT HELP ME WITH HAVING TO PAY $442.00 LAST NIGHT TO GET TOWED HOME. HE SAID I COULD PUT A CLAIM IN FOR $80.00, BUT I HAVE TO RENEW WHICH WOULD TAKE 48 HOURS. I TOLD HIM I WILL NEVER USE AUTOVANTAGE AGAIN. YOU PEOPLE SURE TOOK MY MONEY OUT EVERY MONTH ON SCHEDULE. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A PAYMENT ABNORMALITY. ALL THAT MONEY I WASTED OVER 4 1/2 YEARS FOR WHAT????? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
