    We paid Buffalo Tractor Trailer Institute $4200.00 to train our driver in order to receive his class A CDL. Our driver completed his schooling and had a nys road test scheduled by **** on January 10th 2025 which was canceled by the school due to the tractor trailer breaking. We have been waiting for the truck to be fixed and find out that the owner Ralph Genovese has disconnected all office phones and fired all staff and is no longer in business. We learned all of this from his secretary. The school never provided a certificate of completion and now there is no way to contact them. They took our money and ran.

    I’ve been taking CDL classes.
    Conditions of school were always bad, trucks were always down. The yard is messed up to work in. Ice everywhere and snow. And he knows about it but never did anything. Also l went to class this week, all the students were told the school is closed. Program was paid in full prior to starting day one. Now we are told school is such down,

    The school's equipment and training were not in compliance with FMCSA guidelines and regulations. Funded training through GOV program, as of today I was told school was shut down. We the students did not have any notices or knowledge about the status of our training and or how to get our money back. School should have been closed years ago, they aren't even prepared to provide ELDT training yet they claim they gave the students the training.
