I began personal training at this gym in April of 2024. I paid for the training in small increments, usually 6 weeks or a couple months at a time. After being a client for most of this year, the owner and personal trainer of this gym, Antonio C*********, began asking me for money on multiple occasions. He wanted his money up front for my personal training for 2025 even though I had yet to receive those services. I paid him a total of $2,640 for training through end of August 2025. I also ordered a custom sweatsuit with the gyms logo on it for $100. I have never received the sweatsuit and I no longer wish to train with him in 2025. After I paid him the large sum of money for 2025, he began cancelling our training sessions on different occasions simply because he was unable to make it without being offered any reimbursement. He does not drive so I was often required to pick him up from his home or drop him off after training sessions in order to workout. He has made me feel uncomfortable the past couple of months and I was also informed that he allegedly sexually assaulted one of his clients at the gym. I am not seeking to be refunded for the training I have already received but would like my money back for the sweatsuit I paid for and never got and training for 2025 that I no longer wish to complete with him. I have asked him through text messages for my money back and he has refused and will no longer respond. Please help!!!
