    We scheduled to celebrate my sister's birthday and were told we would have two tables under a tent in their back lawn. We made the reservation and paid. When we got there we were told that the tents had been double booked and we could utilize the lawn space. There was no compensation offered for oversight on their part. I have called 6 times requesting that the manager call me to find a resolution. They have not called back.

    Attached please find all communications surrounding the event, along with the event contract (signed 6/17/24) and the banquet event order (signed 7/1/24). Neither the event contract nor the banquet event order mention use of the tent. In the email communications, the only discussion of using the tent was on the part of Other Half Brewing on 6/7/24, when we stated "The other benefit of booking the space is that it's an open bar for your guests, and in the event of inclement weather, we could move your group under the tent (we do have a tent outside now!) or indoors." The hourly weather from the date of the event is also attached for reference. Please let me know if there are any additional questions about this submission. Thank you.
