    I've had this garbage company for a year or two now. I paid in December for December and January's garbage removal. The company never came to pick up my garbage the month of January. I called them and told them to cancel my account and refund me the deposit on the can and the month garbage. I have been emailing them I have called them numerous times only to be lied to by the gentleman that answers the phone. I am not the only one this has happened to they continue to tell me that they were short on workers their trucks were broke down. Unfortunately that's not my fault that they can't pick up my garbage like they're supposed to. All I wanted is my refund and they ignore me.

    Solid Waste Disposal Service has failed to pick up our trash since December 14th. I have been billed for the service for the entire month of December. I have reached out to the office several times in regard to this matter and have been either given a promise of the driver coming that week or a continuous busy signal. I have had to get service from another company due to this matter. If you drive through our town/neighboring towns you can see they have failed to pick up everyone's trash, additionally there are several of us customers who have voiced the same dissatisfaction on a local ******** site (to ensure we were not alone in the fact our trash was not being picked up by this company).When I was able to finally speak with the owner today (who refuses to give his name), he was very rude when asked when/how I would receive my deposit refund as I was cancelling my service after being forced to get service elsewhere. I was advised that I would get my deposit refund in the mail when/ if they get around to it. The company has had my deposit (which I paid via debit card) since September of 2021.I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.
