    I have installed 8 mini split units from this company. I have had problems with the compressor and 2 units attached to it since it was installed. Service has come numerous times to repair this compressor. Last month the two units in ******* room and attic were again not working. The serviceman bragged that tge company wasnt charging enough for service.He said the compressor had a freon leak. He proceeded anyway to charge me $690 including putting in 4 cans of freon at $100 a can even though he knew there was a leak.A week later the 2 units didnt work again.There is a freon leak and problem with the compressor. I cannot pay their ridiculous repair costs. Their is obviously a problem with the compressor since it was first installed!The compressor needs to be replaced!I do not recommend buying from this company at the present time until they fix my issue!

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
     

    Jen Air has fixed the freon leak and promised to refund the $690 they charged me.

    They have also re-aligned the system so that the 2 units which were always an issue are now on different compressors and are now functioning correctly.
