    Very bad customer experience with ********************** ***********, I do not recommend working with them. The sales representative ******* ****** visited me very quick, me spent 4 hours designing the closet, measuring and closing the deal. We signed an agreement on Monday June 2nd and my installation date was June 26th. It seems my credit card was wrong and it did not go thru. When I called on Monday June 9th, they said the credit card did not work and they have tried to reach me so they went ahead and voided the contract. They then pushed the date to August, then September and finally ******* **********, her manager, said we are not the right company for you. I ended up with no closets and loosing 2 weeks of time.

    Had my closet that was 19 inches transformed to 12 inches. If this is your business dint you think a designer would question why this was designed this way? When I called ***** he told me the only way to correct this is to pay double. What a horrible company. I would have been will *** to pay the half I paid for deposit then pay full price for a new cut but it wasnt negotiable. Buyer beware
