  I had my siding done the house looks beautiful because the GUYS working on it did a great job. My review is for the company itself. HORRIBLE !!! Took forever to get issues resolved. Salesperson - ****** - every time I called her with a problem her response would be Im on it! She was definitely NOT on it. Called the company to speak with manager/owner was told no one was in, its a payroll day. I asked what that had to do with anything no response. I left messages .. no return calls. I paid the bill because I didnt realize there was something that had not been completed a hole was cut in my new deck and the gutter pipe was never put in. This job was started in March were now headed into June. Unfortunately, when I am approached by someone asking, who did my house I tell them who did it, but advise against it. There is one star because I have to leave at least a star

  A few months ago i had a new roof put on my house ,garage , new gutters, new shutters and stone composite on the face of my house. I did have a small punch list which was addressed rather quickly, but i had and still have one large problem.. The salesman negotiated to inform us that the stone we picked for the face of the house would be installed in 3 sections above the bow window. They removed and carted away all the vinyl siding i had so when the stone was boxed out into 3 sections above the bow window we where left with NO CHOICES BUT TO LIVE WITH IT...They did change the look a little but the fact is its still boxed out into 3 sections, it has to be sealed often. ( 32 years with a bow window and it never had to be sealed nor did we ever have to worry about it leaking ) All this cause the salesman who sold the job never told us, every phone call with him was rush rush.. If he told us we would of not put stone on the whole face of the house. It cost $4700 for just the stone and we HATE IT.. We did get a call from King Quality asking how we liked the job and I explained all this to her but we have not heard anything , its been 4 /5 weeks now.. We will never use or recommend this company.

  Ive had the worst experience with this company! Theyve installed first floor windows back in May this year and Ive had the run around for the window screens. Its August and Im being told its coming, when I follow up its a different story! This is not how business is done. Treat your customers like they matter!

  I do apologize for any inconvenience and we definitely value our customers. I completely understand your frustration and we've been trying to alleviate it as soon as possible. We've been in contact with you, the manufacturer and the distributor several times a week working on receiving the missing 3 screens for your home. **** has left a message for you this morning 8/10 @ 10:40 am to update you on a potential eta. Again please bare with us as we try to work through the shortages in our industry. Our customers are and always will be our #1 priority.

  Had entire roof replaced and am totally satisfied with entire job. Had issue with reinstallation and operation of electric roof awning and roofers unable to correct. When King ********************** management staff advised of my concern, they offered calling awning company for service call and repair. They paid for repairs IN FULL. No hesitation by King **********************, no 'attitude'; just a pleasant "We want you fully satisfied." commitment.The true measure of a company you want to do business with is how they address unforeseen problems .... with a "Let me help" or :It's not my fault" attitude. King ********************** certainly lives up to its name --- quality material, quality workmanship, quality satisfaction.
