    My family never actually got to go because after we were treated so disrespectfully from day 1 on the phone for no reason, but still booked and we waited for them to pick us up on Tuesday morning. We were supposed to be picked up at 9am. It’s now 9:20 and we’re waiting after rushing and getting up early to do what we need to do and never got picked up. Yes it was cloudy but no call, nothing. So 9:20 I call them and they say whatever you want to do???????. I also questioned why they didn’t teach out to let us know what we’re doing and she ignored the question.
    So I guess they were going to just leave us there waiting if we didn’t call.
    Fine then we decide either an hour later or next day. Finally deciding on next day it is now Wednesday and my family and I are in the gym and we get a call saying he is no longer going to pick us up at Sagamore hotel and we would have to walk more than a half mile to meet them. No, this was agreed upon already so we weren’t walking that far.
    So my husband very nicely said “no you told us you would pick us up at the hotel so we’d rather not walk almost a mile to the spot”. NOW OWNER BOB GETS ON THE CALL, GIVES MY husband an attitude because he didn’t like how he called him out on how they messed with us on Tuesday, and hangs up on him.
    BEST PART IS THIS—after being hung up on me,I now call back and speak to a woman that is possibly his daughter, who is tolerable (but made up lies about possibly having to meet in a different spot- never happened- only spoke about the weather) so we go back and forth about how I want my money back and I’m not getting treated with this terrible customer service any longer and BOB GRABS THE PHONE AND SAYS ******* **** YOU AND HANGS UP ON ME”
    I then was texted non stop, about 50 messages harassing us to take the boat, about how it’s not bob that is driving us and please go on the boat.
    YEA SURE ILL TRUST SOMEONE THIS ANIMAL HIRED TO drive MY FAMILY AROUND. NEVER!!
