    We have maintained and kept our boat at this marina since 2012. We have consistently followed the marina's maintenance recommendations, and our relationship had been positive until this year. At the end of last season, we entrusted the marina with our boat for winterization and storage, following a season where the boat operated flawlessly. We began speaking to the Marina in May. On June 16th, my husband approved the repair quote, requesting completion by July 4th. The repairs totaled $6,667.49, detailed across three invoices.
    Despite multiple attempts to communicate with the marina, our calls often went unanswered. Frustrated, we retrieved the boat on July 14th, with my 90-year-old mother aboard, only to encounter multiple issues during our return trip, including a strong smell of gas fumes verified by two marina employees upon our return. We left the boat for additional repairs.

    Subsequent efforts to resolve the situation were met with delays and unreturned calls. and the boat remains in disrepair.

    We recently learned that the marina owner is undergoing cancer treatment, which may explain some of the challenges faced by the marina. However, while sympathetic, we cannot overlook what appears to be negligence in addressing our boat's issues.

    On Monday, 8/19, I called the Marina to inform them we like to pick up the boat and trailer, at that time I was told the boat was ready. On 8/20, shortly after the update from BBB, the Marina contacted me to tell me the boat was ready, and we picked it up along with the trailer on 8/20. At this point, we've decided to part ways amicably.Thank you for your assistance.***** ******
