    Agree with Fred F; this company deserves "no stars"!! I had same type issues,even m;ore so than Fred F; I cannot believe this guy has started a new business up in our area, for he has so many complaints by folks he's built houses for; and yes I even started to go through the proper channels when he was ********** ******** Inc, but they went bankrupt, so we all got screwed; I had to have my whole radiant heat redone by someone who knew what they were doing!! this guy obviously did not! It cost me $14K to get it right; as well as I had numerous (!) leaks INSIDE and OUTSIDE on both porches, of which he blamed our ADK winters! Nope, I paid a reputable contractor another $5K to come fix the roof, and voila(!) , no leaks! they discovered numerous issues with what my builder had done; there are other items but not that came close to these previous two; it was very upsetting/depressing to have to go through; I don't want others to experience what I went through; this was supposed to be my "retirement" home, of which, I've had to take on 2 part time jobs to correct the issues he messed up..

    Actually deserves no star rating. Formerly ********** ******** Inc out of Boonville. Basement window put in upside down, 6 months of basement water leakage, house not property insulated or sealed, septic not installed correctly. or correct pipes. Inspections were not done by local inspector who was his friend, left the property a mess with no clean up.. Took 14 month to build a house that should have taken 6. The day after we received our C of O and he received final payment, contacted him to have mini split installed that was in our contract and he said ********** ******** was no longer in business, unable to sue cuz he filed bankruptcy.
