  Regardless of whether the products are good or if it’s a good business, the way the owner treats other people has made this place unbearable. The owner blocks any person who speaks out against her behavior. She talks bad about many local people and businesses and makes fun of anyone that doesn’t fall in line. She has burned so many bridges with other local business owners. I have personal experience with her dishonesty and manipulation. One time she even told the lie that she had a check for a million dollars from an old lady that came into her place to sniff candles. The lady supposedly asked her to donate it to a local club. When that local club voted to keep her out due to her behavior and reputation, she told everyone that the lady decided not to give them the check anymore. This was audio recorded at a ********* Chamber of Commerce Meeting. I would never have believed that someone would make up such elaborate lies if I didn’t hear her myself and then had the recording to play back and reconfirm that I heard her right!!!!! I can’t support a business that doesn’t support her peers and her community.

  I went there to get some cheese, they did not wash the slicer first, so I had dried roast beef all over my cheese it was disgusting. It actually it turned my stomach.

  After ordering 73 bucks worth of stuff on January 11th it finally arrived literally February 2nd with items smashed.
  I had called prior to my package arriving damaged just to get an attitude about the time frame as to why my stuff did not arrive. I was passed around to people who had no knowledge of the status of my order. Finally the owner blamed the post office for the delay I never received a confirmation on tracking or anything this whole time..... So then the package arrives on the 2nd. I clearly see it was not even shipped until i had complained on the time element .
  I open the box to find items smashed. glass everywhere broken, tops of marinara popped open. seals popped . I cut my finger digging through the mess. I called and texted the owner, who brushed it off and told me to contact the post office. It was her packing, . Not the Post Offices fault. Instead of bubble wrap for glass jars filled with liquid food they put a couple wraps of used news paper!!! No wonder things were smashed!!! So anyway I did call the post office. The Post Office said it's their responsibility to file a damage claim . I again told the owner and asked that she send replacements. I got no answer. Today she tells me she will not send out replacements at her expense. I filed a dispute with pay pal and my credit card and will write any review i can. I will never shop or recommend this company to anyone. Disgusting and disgraceful customer service and attitude..
