    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
    Platt Construction stated they could complete the cabinet install in one day, which is why they were given the job. Platt said they would come back on Friday to complete the work to which the rest of the payment would have been made. My kitchen cabinet install is still incomplete, and no contractor has been to my home to finish the job to present day. When Platt Construction left my home my soap pump which was still in the box went missing. My never dull ***** knives went missing and both items have not surface to present day. I purchase these iems for my new kitchen, Platt Construction assumed I would search for the items in the disarray until enough time went by for them to deny it. Platt Construction did not realize that the items weren't missing before they came to my home, they were in plain site. I'm requesting a refund of $80 to replace my knifes and $18, for my soap pump.

    Job that was done was paid for and done in completion.  Second part of job was not paid for and not done.  Nothing was stolen or broken in her house.  These accusations are completely falsified.  It is 6 months later.
