Scott was wonderful! He texted to make an appointment shortly after my initial text to him and came that afternoon. He assessed the noise coming from the radon system and told me what was wrong. He texted the following day to set up an appointment. That kind of attention and follow up is rare, and I very much appreciated it.
His crew showed up on time, were very professional and replaced the fan and some electrical parts very quickly. I chose to have the post-test, so they set that up in the basement. Three days later, Scott returned and gave me the results of the test immediately.
Everything was professional, courteous, and accurate. I absolutely recommend Scott and Certified Radon NY.

Scott and crew addressed my problem and reduced my radon levels to an acceptable level. They discussed the approach they were going to take so I understood what to expect. They were very kind and courteous to me throughout the entire process which took less than a week. They were also able to help my next door neighbor with his radon mitigation system.
