    I have just started to work with Mindset and signed all the paperwork and since then can not get any assistance or support to know how to submit the 100s of pages of documents . I have the ****************************** sending and requesting documents as well. I have called repeatedly to my Case Manager and I get no response

    Prompt courteous and professional service. If you have a question you need to ask one of the attorneys calls you back usually within 2 hours. Call backs are not made by assistance or paralegals. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received from them. I tried to file myself for SSI first and was declined. Mindset filed for me and I was declined again. They found a third time, and my case went to the hearing level. I had ever 1500 pages of medical documents. I'm so really disabled so I was able to do my hearing by zoom at home. My attorney put me at ease, and briefed me for half an hour before the hearing. And I was approved! And I also got lots of back pay! I would recommend them to anyone! And the best part is they only charge 25% of your back pay when I use them. A lot of lawyers same too charge a third or even more of your back pay. I have sent them several customers from my family. Do yourself a favor and hire this firm! You'll be so glad you did! ??

    06/01/2025 I have been with Mindset Care Legal orginization for my disability case since: 01/29/2024 possiblly 2023 My atterney threw Mindset care/ Mindset care has not given me a Valad Eplanation as to why in almost a 2 year long process have they Chosen not to request and or get a court date hearing with an Administartive Law judge in two years when I ask any of them why they keep giving them excuses as to why they can do it,.. I then later on inform them my past disability atterney: ****** Jean ****** was able to request a court hearing within 3 months of working her with her origionally calling phone number one eight hundred%$#! so and so ,.. Mindset care keeps giving me excuses why they cant do it ontop of this for how ever long I have been with thm I have also been stuck in a shelter that has Aspestos threwout the whole building and harsh bad contaminated invironments since Dec 19th 2024 I was placed in a room here that had walls torn out, Black mold and water dammage done to the room being moved in here with an Inlarged heart heart failure blindness brain damage ect, I have given my mindset care atterney photoes of all of this pics related to this room as a disability atterney it should have been Mindset cares Responsability as well as any disabilty atterneys responsabilty,.. to help get a court order from a judge to request to switch rooms to better my health not make my health worse mindset care has shosen not to do that,.. upon further investigation I was also told from Mindset care team that they decided randomlly to switch my disability-atterney threw them to a whole nother atterney without my Authorization/ permission this is not ok, behavor for an orginization thats supposed to help disabiled people all across the ************************,...
