    I purchased a 4 piece sectional from Lake Effect Furniture and Mattress. The product I pick out was shown in the showroom but the configuration didn't work for my space. The team at Lake Effect helped me configure it to my dimensions. Since I was changing the configuration I was able to completely customize the product! I found the perfect fabric to accommodate my busy family. It was well worth the wait, I've been sitting on the product for about a year and it still looks brand new. I have had no issues and I'm extremely happy with my purchase!

    I purchased a sectional with three (3) power recliners, one of the recliners had stopped working shortly after purchase. I called Lake Effect (Union Road Location) and followed the instructions to put a claim in to have the recliner repaired. This repair claim started in June 2022, it is now March 2023 and the recliner has NOT be fixed. The repair company - ***** ***** has been out to perform the repair UNsuccessfully at least 5 visits. Now they are trying to blame it on a pinched cord. Come on! After 5 unsuccessful repair visits, the problem is now a pinched cord? I paid for a power recliner plus and additional warranty and Lake Effect has the money and I do not have what I paid for. This is unacceptable and from other reviews, this is normal business practice for this company.
