  ****** and his staff are attentive, efficient, and professional. ****** will tell you exactly what you need, and he will take the time to answer any questions you may have. He follows through with giving you updates, and his staff takes the time to make sure your car is running smoothly. I highly recommend his service center.

  Sadly...very sadly....this biz was sold to another who is the exact opposite of N - why we can't type N's name when it's part of the actual biz's name I don't know - but yeah, for some reason we're all Being told (myself included) to drive our cars for 'a long time' first and then come back immediately for the inspection? Someone else there that same day was told the same. I've been driving for 40 yrs and never heard that one before. I returned 3 days later to hear yet another person being told the same. I - eventually- got my inspection even though a tail light bulb was out and was never bothered to be fixed by the new shop owner. I could say a whole lot more because there IS a whole lot more but instead I'll leave everyone with some good news...he's still there some days but he seems to be just assisting with the transfer of ownership. He's still pleasant as ever too.

  Hi **********, the business has not been sold or transferred. Were sorry your experience wasnt as expected . N was off for a single day. In regards to the inspection, when the battery has been disconnected or an engine light cleared the cars ECU is reset and a drive cycle needs to be performed to ready all monitors once again. You can read more about this on NYS DMV website. **************************************************************. Again were sorry if you felt something was a miss. But we are still here and operating under N. Thank you

  You will never find a better person or Mechanic than ******. I began going to ******** years ago after I took my car to a Mechanic who said he needed to rehaul my entire AC system & charge me over $1,000. I took my car to ******** for a second opinion and it was less than $100 for the repair. ****** explains everything to his customers so that they not only have the peace of mind that they are not paying for work that they do not need but so that they learn about their cars. Everything I know about my car that was not in its brief owner's manual from 20 years ago, I learned solely from ****** himself. Other Mechanics might not bother to take the time; this female customer doesn't need to know about her car, but not ******- he cares about every customer. He explains & answers questions for every customer. Perhaps the best things about ******, besides his being brilliant about ********** kindness, is his ******** ************ ****** is so kind that he sometimes has not even charged me for looking at my car or for work that he did. I didn't tell ****** when I brought my car to him for a 2nd opinion years ago that it was a 2nd opinion-he could have just immediately recognized this woman knows nothing about ********* could have told me what the other Mechanic told me-that it would be a thousand dollars to repair my AC too, but he didn'******************** entire staff, like ****** himself, is also amazing: they know about cars, are hard working, & kind. There are Mechanics who want to make money by cheating people by telling people their car needs work it doesn't need & then there are very rare Mechanics like ****** who truly care about their customers driving their little kids around in vehicles that are safe & comfortable to ride in. He will tell you that your car doesn't need work- you would just be throwing your money away if you did that repair at that time. I will only bring my car to ******** until my car is either irreparable or until ****** personally decides to retire.
