    Its a backyard job. I ordered a 2 day dumpster. Dumpster arrived at 2:30 PM on Tuesday, half day was gone. I was not able to finish my job on time for the next day pickup. Then I called the company about their delay, so they extended one extra day for pickup. Then I scheduled for a pickup for Thursday. No one came. Friday, no one came again. In these 2 days, I called them multiple time, that they promised it would be picked up. Then finally told me this dumpster would have to sit on my driveway until Monday. WTF? Then told me that this would not charge me extra fee. Excuse me? This seriously delay all my job routine. I asked to talk to their manager, guess what, they told me that they do not have a supervisor or manager, how funny is that. I can not do anything until they remove the dumpster. Such an unprofessional and disgusting company!

    I contacted this company by calling them, after viewing their online ad below, to order a dumpster for a Farmingdale location. This call took place on Tuesday, April 30th. Their rep only confirmed the advertised price, no additional costs for anything else, unless I wanted a larger container or any additional day. They sent me a pdf agreement that I signed online but could not download. I called back on Thursday, May 2nd, to inquire about switching from a 15 to a 20 yard dumpster and was told there was a difference in price, that I agreed to pay. Dumpster was delivered on Friday and was picked up on the following Tuesday. Never did any of the reps that I spoke to that week inform me that they were a $.15 per pound charge that was going to be extra to what they quoted and I paid for on May 2. I used a bank card at that time for this payment. I only found out about any extra charges yesterday, when I received an email that stated that in addition to the original fee of $314. that I paid on May 2nd, they were also charging an additional fee of $500 plus an additional fee of $986.40. They charged my bank account today the $500., I called Liberty yesterday and the person who answered the phone appeared to be waiting for my call. Said that he could do me a huge favor by only charging another $700, not the $986, if I pay now. I refused. They are clearly misleading consumers in their advertising. There was absolutely no mention of a charge per weight, no less any mention of being able to charge $1,500 for weight charges for their dumpster. I provided in the attachment what their ad reads today when searching for a vendor and a copy of their website page, that has no reference to charging by the pound, in addition to their stated fees. They are deceiving the public by emphasizing no hidden fees, on both their ****** paid ad and the homepage of their website.
