    My husband and I with our two young children rented a home from them for 7 years. For 7 years Eric G****** was the absolute worst landlord. Eric bought this house on Cedarvale rd. In Camillus NY (no one rent or buy this house, I’ll gladly send pictures and videos of what we went through) for $20k and “flipped” it to make his money back TENFOLD but couldn’t even properly renovate the home for renters or do minimal to no maintenance when requested. From leaking roofs and ceilings to flooding and plumbing issues and black mold. We complained of our basement flooding (ruined our washer and dryer) and it took days to get help to which it lead to the heat going out so my family then slept in a 20 degree house in February. Our neighbor Tim next door told us the horror stories of what he’s seen with that house as well. That house should be condemned and this landlord shouldn’t be allowed to rent to people since their tenants health and safety isn’t any sort of priority.
