    In late April 2023, I paid Sunrise Solar Solutions to remove the 40 solar panels that they had installed on our house in order the enable a new roof to be installed. I paid them to reinstall the panels in early May 2023. By all appearances, this work was done correctly. In September 2023, one of the microinverters on one of the panels failed. The unit was fully covered by the manufacturer's warranty and under contract with Sunrise Solar Solutions. Since the company also monitors the solar panel operations they should have detected and repaired the failed unit. I had requested the replacement but they had been understaffed. So, I patiently waited for a response, but formally requested in writing the work to be done in March 2024. After several attempts to do the replacement they acknowledged that they could not identify correctly which unit had failed. By early September 2024, they eventually determined that they reinstalled the panels in the wrong order after the new roof was installed. Given this error, they need to remap the location of all 40 panels to identify which unit has failed. I have requested many times over the last seven months for the company to do this work. They never respond to my e-mail nor telephone messages. I have informed the manufacturer of the equipment that Sunrise Solar Solutions has not honored their responsibility as a dealer. I still need this work to be done, which I had paid Sunrise Solar Solutions in good ******** preference is to have this work done, which I had paid Sunrise Solar Solutions in good faith. Alternatively, they could refund the cost of the panel removal and installation so that I could then contract with another company to do this work.I can follow up with documentation that you may require.

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Sunrise Solar Solutions, LLC regarding complaint ID ********.  I made several attempts to contact them over the last seven months via e-mail and telephone.  They never even acknowledged my attempts to contact them.  In the last two, I indicated that if they did not respond I would be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
