I brought a truck from them and it was been the worse experience ever. Everything was wrong with the vehicle from the front end to under the hood I tried to get swapped out of the video but they said my vehicle has no Equity now after I purchase it. They have bad customer service. Their service department is terrible they had my vehicle for a month and still not working correctly. I done put about 3000 in the vehicle and they want more. Warranty only covers so much but the fact is that they knew all the things that are going wrong with my vehicle before they sold it to me.

Around 9/30/2023, I had purchased a 2015 **** ******** from this business. There had been a number of issues with the purchase of the vehicle, after I had signed the paperwork the car was not in good order, (I was told that they don't service their vehicles until they are sold), they were not intending to fix the vehicle for a month or more, the title paperwork was misfiled twice, and I initially agreed to a 8.59% interest rate, and then 1-2 months later, suddenly "my bank hadn't responded to the auto loan", and my options were a convenient 12.59% interest rate or to give back the car.
On 1/04/24, the car had an exhaust leak that was quite loud. At the time, I had brought it back to be repaired, which took the business 2-3 weeks to acquire the correct part, and then an additional couple of weeks for them to have the time to schedule the vehicle for repair. At the time on the pickup of the car, the service manager Bobbi B**** had waved me off when I had offered to pay my warranty service deductible as agreed, and had handed me back my keys and told me that it was fine. I had asked if "she was sure that I didn't have to pay?", and I was told to go and have a good day. At the time I understood this as a verbal agreement that this instance of service was free, I had presumed due to the hassle involved. I was given no receipt.
Now, on 6/18/2024 Kelly W****** from Bridgeland reached out to me over text, claiming that I have an "outstanding service bill in the amount of 1234.97" for a repair service dated 2/01/2024, and that my warranty does not cover it. They attempted to call this verbal agreement "mis communication", but backed down and told me "not to worry about it at this time" when I told them to get a lawyer and that we could do this legally.
I regret my purchase and have been incredibly dissatisfied with this business. If someone asked me whether to buy a car from this business or whether to interact with them in any capacity I would greatly advise against it.

I was considering the purchase of a 2017 Dodge ***. I would be trading a OLD truck that had brand new Goodyear Wranglers. I was told the OLD truck would go to scrap for Cars for Kids. We agreed that I would get the Goodyear tires from the OLD truck on my new truck and the tires already on that truck would be in the back of the truck so I could put them in my shed until summer. I was assured they had an old set of tires they would put on the OLD truck before it was taken to Cars for Kids. I picked up the truck but the original tires were not in the back. They said they didn't have time to change the tires but they would contact me when they were ready. After two weeks of phone tag, general manager, Kyle said no deal, I wasn't getting the tires. When I explained the agreement, twice he asked me "Do you have that in writing? The salesman and the service manager (both) shouldn't have made that agreement. So now I'm reminded about this experience every time I put the key in the ignition, and now I have to buy a set of summer tires on the spring. I like the truck but I have a huge regret dealing with this business.

Bought a car in Oct 2022. Had multiple issues and spent a month in and out of shop. Still having issues and one of the things they stated they fixed is now recurring and they want to charge me over 100 just to look at it... the issue they did not fix correctly the first time. The engine sounds horrible. I was sold a 5k car for 23k. Because I work from home I don't drive it that much so took too long for the other issues to come to light to go for a lemon. Single mother taken advantage of and sold junk that I'm now in debt for. The way this thing sounds and is driving it won't last long. Customer service is horrible. They didn't even communicate what was wrong with my car the first time they sent it to dealer to be serviced. Nothing but problems. They need to be investigated for fraud selling this junk for these prices. Look around different websites for reviews. They buy their good ones.

Absolutely taken aback by how I was treated by salesman Tom B***. I was searching around the area for a new car for my family and I. I ended up getting a better deal for my trade in and a better price elsewhere. As a COURTESY I let him know I appreciated his help, but I found something else. Instead of saying “thank you for considering our dealership, congrats” like every other place I went to but didn’t purchase from, he started guilting and scolding me for not choosing them as if I was a child.
Posted screenshots on facebook. *** ** ** ******* **** *** ***** *** **** ********** ** *** **** **** *** **** **** My grandmother also goes through them for her vehicle and has had nothing but issues the entire time. Definitely mad I wasted my time even walking through the door. Go to ******* ******* and ask for **** ****!!!
