      We had a great experience with Allstate roofing at our home in Brighton. It is a tricky roof with several roof lines including a flat roof. Allstate did a great job replacing the roof -- plywood and shingles. They also replaced the flat roof, which was leaking, and made it look good by using metal sheets to cover the white material (TPO) used on the flat roof. I would highly recommend this company. They did the whole job in three days and left the property clean and tidy of all materials.

      Do not trust this company!!! They did my roof and fixed a leak. they are ok on that. They claimed in order to stop the leak I would need to have a board because of my aluminum siding. Kevin said they would pull the siding up & the board would be placed were the siding and the roof of my garage on the side where it was leaking. I said ok. I got paint & painted the two boards (1x6 primed pine). When they did my roof instead of pulling the aluminum siding up,like Kevin told me, the crew CUT the siding off the size of the boards for the back roof of my garage & the front siding where the siding & roof of my garage also. The crew also cut 1 ft of siding in FRONT STREET VIEW of my house. When I spoke to Kevin he asked,
      “what can I do to make it right?” said “take $500off the bill” (billed $11,400). Kevin said “Ok. I will let them know”, he said he would get back in contact with me the next day, which he did. He said “I can’t do the $500, how about $250?”. I agreed & Kevin said he would contact me the next day, which would be a Thursday. No contact. Friday & Monday came & went, no contact, I texted Kevin. He apologized & said he was sick. He said that he did not speak to the boss on the $250 because of being ill. Kevin said he would check on it & that he was in vt. That was Thursday 12/7/2023 @ 3:34pm. This is where I knew they were getting 3 stars or LESS. By 12/22, no contact & no check. 01/3/2024 still no contact & no check.
      I can look past language barriers & some miscommunication. What I can not forgive is no follow through, making promises & not keeping them & plainly blowing off a customer.
      As of January 4,2024, I have not received $500 off, nor $250 off, and no contact about a “delay”. Do not hire this company, come by my house, @**** *** *** drive-in Liverpool, & take a look for yourselves. If they feel this is good work, they are seriously wrong. The roof ok, the siding - HELL NO!
      I strongly suggest you do a drive by, see their work BEFORE you hire them.

      I’m not happy with the job. I was told my roof was going to be done on September 8, 2023 and the crew would be there by 7am to do the complete tear off and roof replacement. Well they didn’t show up till 1138am then on break at 1pm for over 45 mins, left at 8 am with roof half done. No communication about when coming back. So Saturday the 9th I called spoke with Lisa and she said they would be there anytime. They finish the job, left material all over the yard. My dad helped me clean. Noticed shingles on peak of house not correctly done, so I’ve called numutimrs to get fixed and have a final inspection done. Still no response. They sent a person to pick up the left over material on September 15. 2023 without any communication of this being done. Would like this resolved before I send the last payment. Also do not have proof of a permit that they stated they would get. Not happy with this company as all!!

      Allstate Roofing was excellent in every way, they did a beautiful job, they were quick at getting the job done, quick at answering the phone, friendly and highly motivated to satisfy, hard working and cleaned up completely and made it possible getting us financing. We had 10 estimates and they had the best price and guarantee

      Allstate roofing has always been quick to respond to our needs. Last year we had a roof leak and they were able to get a tarp on that day followed by repair shortly after. They worked with our insurance company to help get everything covered. I would highly recommend them for any upcoming jobs.

      Had a new roof put on by this company which leaked. I contacted them, they sent someone out that clearly didn't fix the problem or damage and then they ghosted me and stopped responding. I had to have someone come to find the problem else fix my roof, which uncovered some very substandard work. I will be letting everyone know never to use this company by every means possible.
