      SHADY BUSINESS. I won an auction for a sought after old *** TV. It had some damage I thought was repairable and went for way below normal price. I was very excited about getting it at a price I could afford. A few days after the auction and it still hadn't shipped. I knew something fishy was going on. I finally got a message saying they cancelled the sale "due to a stock error". I suspect when it came time to ship, someone looked at the price it could have sold for and stopped the sale. When I pressed for more info they said there was damage when they took it off the shelf so they can't sell it. I was aware of some damage, I saw the pictures, so I asked them what the extent of the damage was? and said I might still be interested. They have not responded. You would think if they are being truthful they would want to get rid of the item even more now that it is "damaged".

      Hey *****, in reference to your public ******** comment stating, "I'm looking for any website I can find to leave a bad review. My goal is to cause just enough lost business so that it would've made more sense to just send me the TV," it's NOT in our practice to ship devices that become broken during the fulfillment process or electronics that don't meet a high standard for our customers (it's also pretty difficult for shipping companies to accept broken tube TVs, which we're sure you researched up on).
      We see you've been copying and pasting the same review. Our marketing team, unfortunately, doesn't have as much time as you do to keep engaging with them all, so we'll let our teams continue to respond directly to your concerns via email. We've been helping people and the planet for 22 years... we plan to keep doing it for at least another 22 years. Have a blessed week!
