    On April 4, 2023 our condominium association, ********** ******* ***********, hired Oaks Tree Service to remove a large, dying cottonwood tree behind ** ******** Dr., Hilton New York. Included in the tree removal proposal was removal of all debris WHICH WAS PAID at the day of the service. The crew forgot to remove the debris and the onsite manager promised they would return and remove it. This never happened even after 3 phone calls, one of which was to Marshall Oaks who said he would come out and clean it up himself. This never happened either. At the current time there is about 15-20' oval area of wood chips and dirt left behind on the ground with no grass. We have waited 8 months for Oaks to stand behind their promise to come and clean up the area for which we paid for and they never did. They need to either come and clean it up or refund us the cost of hiring a Landscaper to clean it up, put down dirt and seed. ***** *****, President Board of Managers ********** ******* ***********
