    Here at S&R Tax Professionals we take pride and high regards in servicing our clients. In regards to ************************* who has been a long standing client for many years who has been  serviced by our staff . ******************** felt obligated to give information whether it was right or wrong pertaining to his tax return. ******************** he felt we should  accommodate him for his fraudulent  information given. When we were not willing to work with him under these conditions, ******************** he became upset he did not like the outcome of  his 2020 amended tax return results. Customer starting cursing,  threatening staff because we wouldn't commit fraud. We then tried to calm ******************** down which he refused to listen, and was talking over staff.  At this  point we asked him to leave then we  walked away  to avoid any further  confrontation, ******************** left our office. Then later we received a letter from the Better Business Bureau  that he filed a complaint against our company. We will continue to provide outstanding exceptional  service as we have for some many years in good standing to our clients.
