I engaged ****************** an Audio Visual contractor who invoiced me under the business name Technology Integrator's, to provide equipment and installation services at a home at ***************************************************. Note this address is different from my main *** address listed with this complaint. He invoiced me a total of $18,021.99. Per his requests, I paid most of this in advance, $16,756.00 between 1/17/22-5/7/22. He delivered a small portion of the purchased equipment and did a portion of the labor in Spring 22. But the majority of the equipment and services were undelivered. Between May and August 2022, he missed at least 10 promised appointments. Sometimes he was simply a no-show. Sometimes he canceled at the last minute. One time he came for about an hour when he promised to be there all-day, at a time when I could be there to meet with him. By mid August, I had had enough and told him I wanted to terminate his services and be reimbursed for his undeliverables. He agreed to this verbally and over text message. This began a round of broken promises on refunds. I attach a log of my payments to *** ***** along with his invoice with delivered items boxed in red. I am also attaching one example of his texts in which he promised payment (he did not deliver on the promise). He owes me $10,759.90 in undelivered equipment and services.
