    This company is nothing more than a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They knowingly delivered a broken refrigerator and kept my $600 deposit. DO NOT give them a deposit via ***** as their buyer protection will not cover you.

    A got from Andys a stove , a dryer machine and a refrigerator on July 2024 for $2,200.00 since the day they did the delivery any of the appliances were working properly. when i checked the stove its have a burner that where not working and the refrigerator ice maker were broken, contacted him and he said will fixed but didnt, , we were back and forth in call and texts . few weeks later he sent someone home to fix the stove and told me the the excuse that the refrigerator part was delivered wrong and need to wait for the new one , a week or 2 later after that the refrigerator completely broke all the food in the freezer got damaged calling and texting 100 of times but hes not responding , I see he read the text but do not respond and look like he moved to some place else but still have same phone number because thats his personal cell phone. the delivery guy and the repair guy know the new location but do not want to provide to me . A week after the refrigerator got damaged, the dryer also broke down, in fact he have all my money and I only have damaged appliances that i cant use neither have the money to get new ones . he doesnt reply any of my messages neither calls, I paid all that money to him and now hes just ignoring and not want to fix the item, hes just stilling people money and the authorities sure make this guy return the money or fix the products. Its not fair people like him are just out stealing from people. I need help just dont know what to do anymore

    I purchased a Viking D3 gas range online for $1,600.00 from ****'s Appliances. On May 23, 2023 a Viking D3 gas range was delivered and installed at my home at *****************************************. The burners operated and the oven turned on. After I started to use the oven, the oven would not maintain a temperature and would immediately cool off. I contacted **** and he stated a mechanic would come by. No mechanic came by. Further inspection of the unit revealed the following:1. The serial/model number placard had been removed. Viking stated this is common when units have been scraped.2. The insulation around the unit is wet an indication of some flood event.3. The electrical board does not operate properly and needs to be replaced.4. There is a cooling fan error and Viking recommends a replacement.I tried to contact all the numbers I have and no one picks up the phone. I am seeking a refund and removal of the unit.Other contact number: ************

    I recently purchsed a ******* smart fridge off of ******** marketplace from ******************************* aka Andys Applicances. I live in ** and paid $150 extra for delivery which I paid cash plus $90 tips. ******* and a worker delivered the fridge on 11/09/22, the fridge they didnt want o turn on because it was in transport i insisted to make sure it powered on. they said it would cool in a few hours 5 hrs went by no cooling, ******* says wait longer 24 hrs. the fridge never cooled. I called Saumsung for repaid they advised that the fridge had a warrant claim because it was defective and ******* would be refunding the original customer because it cannot be fixed. I told **************** had to pay $549 to have a tech to repair, they attemped and it cannot be fixed since it is defective after calling multiple times per day he kept referring me to his brother who keeps handing up I paid via zelle he sent back $400 and said go to h*** The fridge is a piece of non working junk in my kitchen after they hauled my old fridge!!!!!!! they will not return my calls after requesting full refund and it be picked up ASAP! SCAM SCAM SCAM! I filed a report with the local precient !! I WANT MY MONEY BACK *******************************!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
