      First off, I have been a long time Yankee Fan since Mantle and ***** days. Been to both stadiums and am one of the thousands of fans who have supported the Yankee franchise financially, from purchasing suites for events to single seats in the bleachers. I have dealt with a number of salespersons in the past to schedule group outings for my organization and family.I was totally disappointed on Teacher Appreciation Day June 23, 2024... I brought 2 wonderful teachers to the stadium for the Promotion that was advertised, I never thought that I had to purchase special tickets in order to receive the promo. Not only did they not receive the promo, but they also did not receive the food package that I paid extra for. I went from line to line, hearing that either the registers were not working for the code or that they didnt honor it to go to another vendor. I spent most of the game standing in line on a very hot day!I took a picture of one of the vendors who I was sent to by another vendor, the vendor was so rude to me and told me they didnt honor it after waiting an hour on the line. I spent more time on lines than watching the game.I called and complained about this to Guest Relations, who told me to email customer service. I emailed customer service on June 26th and never received a response.
