      A male that appeared to be black with nasty gold grills at bottom of his teeth came to tow my car and we got into an argument because he was very obnoxious rude and belligerent from the beginning. He was so unprofessional even lied and said he owns the company and I called them and they said he work for them I only said a few things about him and they already knew who I was speaking of after that they kept hanging up on me when I said I wanted to report him because the police had to get involved which he eventually fled from scene he kept saying he was going to call on me talking out his a** but i whine up calling him after he threatened to move my *** a** piece of s*** car which was one of the rude things he said I guess he was having a bad day because I dont know this man from a hole in the wall and he was so disgusting and rude for no reason then got upset that I returned the same energy back to him if I was a man he wouldnt have never done that and im sick of guys always having mouth with a female but scared to walk with their head up with a man hes a PUNK AND he need to not be outside with humans acting like an animal until he gets evaluated and gets the help and therapy he needs PROBABLY MEDICATION TOO because theres no way this was the first time this happened and his hostile behavior if a manager can get back to me I can provide the license plate he was driving and the time because the ladies at the office was playing games maybe they like him or tooting his horn in the office but its not cute or funny to have someone like that represent a company but like he said he dont work for anyone and work for himself so why when I searched this company his name DONT pop up but the company name do so Can the real owners step forward ?!

      We are sorry to hear that your experience with our company has not met your expectations. The mentioned vehicles was queued to tow as per the Department of Finance/ *** Marshalls which can be a stressful situation to begin with. When the customer called our office all calls were instantaneously disconnected every time she was placed on hold to transfer to someone who could assist. The complaint was received and escalated to a manager. Thank you.

      This place illegally towed my car from my school with a clear nYCDOe permit displayed . They claim they were called by an administrator ****** and the administrator said I was a tenant. Didnt work at school, was a tenant and used the permit to park there. Full lie no such person existed . They took my car without making sure the person was saying the truth. When asked for person they fully covered up and lied for them. Apparently it is not the first time they do this. I wouldnt be surprised if they profit from this and work in conjunction with the caller to rob people this way. Their tactics are manipulative, cunning and ruthless If this is how they run their business, leaving a bad taste in yiur mouth, then its a reflection of all their other services. DO NOT TRUST THESE scammers. Thieves liars and unprofessional. Thats their signature . Dont do any business with them . Their work ethic is disgusting !

      This vehicle was towed because it was illegally parked on private property. As a tow company we have service agreements with private properties to remove unauthorized vehicles. We must confirm callers have authorization to have a vehicle towed and have a tow bill signed before doing so. This lot has assigned spots with permits. If the car was towed in error the property would have called and informed our office. In this case they did no such thing.
