    BTNCharge made an advertisement on ******** to give ****** Pass for $1 and fraudulently tricked into getting signed up into their AutoPayment/Recurring Payment system. They charged my credit card for $1 in Jan 2023 but never sent me ****** Pass. Then they charged my credit card for $44 on Feb 2, ***************************************************************************************** service from the merchant. My bank mentioned my transaction dispute request was rejected and cannot get me refund from the merchant. My bank advised me to work with merchant directly to get back my $45. I have emailed merchant and they replied saying the refund has been issued to me which will reflect on my card in 5-7 business days. It is not yet confirmed that I have received my refund. This merchant doesn't have presence on ****** Maps and there is no place to leave them a review for the frauds they're doing with innocent people.

    It was clearly stated on the promo page as well was the terms and conditions that you agreed to that there would be a recurring charge if not canceled. 

    I can see that a refund was already issued for the charge, so it should reflect in your account soon.
