      They Advertise on the main website page you can see BBVIP ********** other info. You go online on the steps to buy a package of your choice.On choosing the package no info whats included except for some other channels, nothing about ***** ******************* buy the mobile package and see that it isnt available, and contact the customer service and they script is:-You should change upgrade and buy the 3n1.-We cant refund just upgrade .- you should have called or message us before purchase ( and Question is why dont you put information on the web either whats included or to call you?)they lure by not informing to push you then buy something more expensive that includes something that you do need and you wont use, even though includes the show. - so bottom line no refund for a product that is miss leading.

Since you have paid online, of course you have not understood the offers. please contact us or write me an email directly at ******************** and choose if you want a refund or if you want to pay annually when the big brother VIP reality show comes.thank you choosing us as a company.

      Of course if there is no information what to understand. Blaming my stupidity now. and you cant find my email nice move. I asked for refund on online chat and phone with customer service. And they say it is not possible. Its not about always about money of $17, just the way of doing things. If you are selling online have the full ************** is not our first time to experience an online purchase.

      So in December I purchased a yearly subscription with TVALB , specifically the advertisement was saying that if you do a yearly subscription youll get big brother 1 ,big Brother 2 channel for free.Fast forward after a month this piece of s*** company disconnects the signal of big Brother 1, big Brother 2 and now asking and EXTRA another $25 for the same thing that they were advertising

      So we bought the yearly package $189 for Black Friday deal and was stated that BBVIP3 Albanian 2(channels ) were included and EURO **** , and now they are asking us to pay extra $50 , lying to us and all ******************
