    I made an Order in Picadera Dominicana on February 28,2023 Through WhatsApp with the Owner. I told him I wanted order number 7 which had a variety of food and I told him that the Empanadas that contain the order I want them some cheese and chicken no Beef my order was for 03/20/2023 for an Event I had to Albany with my Coworkers when my order was Delivered on 03/20/2023 it only Contained two order of Empanadas made one order of Chicken one order of Cheese Nothing that I ordered was Delivered to me Totally different order and I was Charged $18.00 for a Taxi to Deliver it to **** was So confused so I called ************************* and Ask him where is my Correct order I ordered order number 7 he said He thought I said only Empanadas with Cheese and Chicken order number 7 has a Variety of everything and I asked him why was I charged for the Taxi Delivery $18.00 the order ******************* sent me of Empanadas with Cheese and Chicken cost less from the order I made order Number 7 .I would like to be Issued a Refund he told me he would send the rest of the order the next day and he never Did .

    I'm ************************* from ********* Picaderas. I received a correspondence from you with ID ******** where you notified me of a complaint from our client *******.
    We also received the communication that the client ******* sent you where she complained about our service.

    I politely tell you that my answer to you will be the same that we gave to ******* and that it corresponds to the reality of what happened.

    1, we received an order from **** ******** she ordered Order #7, which brings a total of 65 picaderas in a variety of 13 cupcakes, 13 kipes, 13 chicken croquettes, 13 cassava *****, 13 cheese *****.
    Customers can make changes to the variety because they are all the same cost and we let them make changes so they have exactly what they want. And it is customary for customers to tell **, for example, I want tray #** but only cakes and croquettes, or I don't want the croquettes, change them for cakes, or they ask for a tray and only want a variety and so on. ** the case of **** ******** she asked for tray #7 and she told ** that only chicken and empanadas cakes, we asked her if she only wanted cakes or mini empanadas (it's the same thing) and she answered yes, we understood that she only wanted empanadas and, we send you two trays with 33 empanadas or chicken pies and another tray with 33 pies or mini cheese pies.

    It was a product that arrived complete, the quantity that we sent her was the quantity that she requested, the same quantity that came from that order that she paid for, only that there was confusion and we sent only one variety, but the quantity was complete.

    2, The $18 cab ride
    When **** ******* contacted **, she asked ** if we had delivery, we answered that we do not have delivery, but that what we do is send her order in a trusted taxi and she pays the taxi driver for her service, and that we are responsible until this order is in her hands, the lady agreed, we asked for her location to send it to the taxi base and ask how much it would cost, the taxi base said it would cost 20 dollars and gave her that information, but when the taxi arrived the lady was very rude to the taxi driver and called ** very angry saying that we had deceived her. At that moment I only thought of the clear that we had agreed. I told her to calm down and to remember that apparently, we got confused when making the order, try to explain to her about the cost of the taxi and that the taxi is not mandatory only if she wants it that way, and she wanted it that way.

    I told her that we had already closed, that it was the last order, that tomorrow I was going to send her a courtesy tray with all the other sandwiches that we did not send by mistake (although only cupcakes arrived, it came complete), but the lady told me that I throw all the empanadas in the trash, and also while I was trying to reason with **** ******** I told her that in a moment I was going to return the 18 dollars for the taxi. And at that moment the lady woke me up in a very intimidating way, she said many unfair things, she was out of her mind, she continued with her threats while I explained the origins of the error when placing the order, she continued with her threats while I just wanted to look for the diplomatic way of resolving the moment. Since it was already impossible to reason with **** ******* and her insults and threats, at that moment I told her that her order had arrived complete and that, if she approved our taxi offer, and because of her threats, her incomprehensible and violent reaction and lack of respect, end the conversation. She then wrote to me via WhatsApp with threats and said that we had scammed her and that if she did not return all her money, she was going to report **.

    The next day I called her and calmly told her that we were going to send her a small order of

    I am a professional, a chef by career, I deal very well with our clients; This is something that had never happened to me in 35 years in catering and food services. I know perfectly well what customer service is, our customers love **.

    3, I think that all this was a mistake, as sometimes happens even in the best kitchens around the world, only that it happened to ** with the wrong person, perhaps an intolerant and warlike person who takes advantage of these occasions without bad intentions to endorse and manage hiding behind his status as a client.

     This Man is lying I will never Purchase any food from this Business he just do not want to Refund the Money because he gave me the wrong order something that Cost less than what I ordered and he do not want to refund give me a refund for the car service that delivered the Food this Business Picadera Dominicana is a Fraud they Cheat Customers I will never never order there or Refer them Cheating Customers out of their Money!!!
