    On 4/19/24, I took my cell phone there to get it fixed. I paid $300 cash. First, they lost my SIM card and tried to claim that I lost it. After I picked up my phone, it wasn't fixed, so I went back the next day to either have them fix it or get a refund. They claimed I never paid them. I made a huge mistake by not getting a receipt. I'm afraid they stole my SIM card to have access to all my information on my phone. And now they won't fix my phone or refund my money. After the fact, I see many bad reviews about them on ******* They are professional scammers!

    The customer came into the store to fix his ********************** screen and charging port. We quoted him $300 and he paid for the work. The work was completed and the phone was tested, everything is in working condition. The charging port also comes with a warranty for one year. The only way we can issue a refund is if the customer brings the ********************** back and we remove the parts and work weve done. That would mean removing the new charging port and new screen, putting back the old port and screen leaving the phone in its original state the customer brought it in. Thats the only resolution we can offer.
