    JTG plumbing company was hired by us to do an inspection on our gas line and file our documents with the city. When the employee arrived my husband showed him to our basement where he asked him to show him our service valve. He looked at the valve and stated if there is a problem in the future it will be hard to get to the valve the valve was totally visible and accessible. He then suggested to my husband to remove the door and the walls and he would come back to see if he could pass us. We didnt understand why he would want us to remove a door and a wall that was not impeding on anything. We hired another company to come out and showed him the exact door that leads to the service valve. They did not once mention anything about it being a problem of any kind. We then hired someone else to come just to be sure and again nothing was mentioned about anything impeding the service valve. JTC Plumbing took our $599.00 and did absolutely nothing. The technician was here for less than 5 minutes and didnt do anything. Please dont use this company. They will not file your documents. They will take your money and then fail you. As you can see it wasnt about the money, it was about the honesty to the customers.
