    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally complain about the pricing discrepancies I have encountered at East Tremont New York Grill Corp located at **********************************************************************. My experiences have raised concerns about their business practices, specifically regarding transparency in pricing.During my visits to the deli, I have consistently noticed that the prices charged at the register do not align with the prices displayed on their menu. While I understand that prices may change, I was taken aback to find a handwritten sign indicating a price change that has been visibly posted for approximately eight months. This prolonged duration without an update leads me to believe that the deli is not adhering to standard business practices, as they are failing to communicate current pricing effectively to their customers.I have raised this issue with the staff on multiple occasions, but the discrepancies have not been resolved, and the handwritten sign remains unchanged. As a consumer, I feel misled and frustrated by the lack of clarity regarding the prices I am expected to ****** is important for businesses to maintain transparency with their customers, and I believe that is not fulfilling this obligation.
