If under any circumstances we can’t deliver the shipment; customer will be billed the full charge, and round trip if necessary.

All claims must be reported the same day of the
delivery. Flash Ex is not responsible for any shipment after signature is collected from the delivery location.

Customer agrees that the shipment is not illegal, and takes all the responsibility for any shipment delivered by Flash Ex.
Customer agrees that sending suspicious or illegal shipments thru Flash Ex, we may notify the Police department from that City or State.
Insurance:
Flash Ex covers the first $150.00 of every shipment. If you want to add full coverage, you'll
have to pay 2% from the declared value of your shipment. (Applicable to: lost, stolen or damage packages by Flash Ex only) - Business Categories
