    Date of transaction: February 8, 2025 Amount paid: $900.00 (fridge) + $57.15 (tax) + $650.00 (shipping)Total: $1,607.15 USD Business commitment: Deliver a fully functional fridge to my home in the *******************Problem description:The item arrived visibly damaged and was immediately returned by the same Salcedo Cargo delivery staff I never unpacked or used the fridge. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received a refund or a functional replacement. I was verbally promised a new fridge but over a month has passed without any result. The supervisor treated me with disrespect, stating "you'll have to wait; we dont do what you say here", and no further solution has been offered.I am requesting:Full refund for the fridge, tax, and shipping: $1,607.15 Compensation for loss of use and emotional stress: $350.00 Total amount claimed: $1,957.15 USD I am providing this complaint as the last step before taking legal and regulatory actions.

    Im have been sending boxes with necessities to the ****************** with the company Salcedo Cargo Express for over 10 years. I sent 3 boxes full of food, clothing and medical supplies on January 13, 2024. They usually arrive in the ****************** in 2 weeks, but they have not arrived and its been 1 month. When I call the company they have given very poor customer service. They are rude, and do not give me enough information about the whereabouts of my 3 boxes. During the last phone call I made, they claimed that the boxes are being held by customs agents here in *****************, and so they have not left the country. They are saying they can do nothing about this, but if this is the case, they should have made me aware of this much sooner and shown better customer service. At this time, I want my boxes to be delivered as soon as possible and if they are not going to be delivered, I will need a refund of the amount paid to send the boxes ($200 receipt attached) and the value of the items contained in the boxes reimbursed to me (over $2000). I am willing to seek counsel to settle the $2000.
