      they assured and promised the replacement part would fit my unit. had to dissemble and cut heating element to the unit to replace part, but they sold me the wrong part. the parts are discontinued and can't be replaced, admits they sold wrong parts but won't make right for the destroyed unit

      I ordered a fan from Fix.com for my ****** purchased ************** heater. Order# ******** Part# FIX10369101, some time ago. The company refuses to respond to my multiple requests on the status of my order since I have not received the part in weeks. I ordered the part prior to my creating an account with Fix.com so finding a status in my account does no good. I want to hear from a company in response to my many requests and receive my order soon.
