    I came into this business on 1/4/2024, for an "warranty" altenator change, at the beginning the person that I dealt with seem nice *******, (she is sneaky). I returned back on 1/6/2024 to get my altenator change, since I had to wait for the warranty company to send the part, when it was order on 1/4/2024 to be send to the auto repair.The issue, that I have with this company is "Dishonesty" I stood in that place for 2 no more than 3hrs, just for a work that only require 45mins. Out no where the mechanic assigned to my car tells me, thiers a probplem with my "breaks" and that I need a "motor mount" ???I ask the elder that works there how much is the motor mount, just to have a price in mind, they have the ******* to istalled the motor mount without my authority and then charge me for it. They charge me for a "car diagnostic" (That was never presented to me), a motor mount, half of the labor price and tax, when all i had to do was pay my "deductible" fee. This Company do things, without "Authorization", and they (forge my signature) too, i didnt get to see the car statement, until i payed, which made me realize once everything was paid on the forge signature. Proof can be provided.Mechanic DO take "Advantage" of Female, is worse when is another female looking to be commisioned. I do NOT recommend this company to know one.
