    This company has been very irresponsible, they stole many valuable things that I sent in my boxes in a shipment to the ******************. They stole all the most valuable items that were for my family. And they didnt do nothing about it

    We disagree with the client's complaint. As per our operating procedures we take pictures of the shipments when delivered. The pictures we took at delivery shows the 3 boxes were closed. The client/sender declared 3 boxes of used clothing. The recipient signed off and included their ****************** ID number stating that all merchandise was received, that it was in good condition, and that they were satisfied with delivery. We strive to always do right by our clients and ensure their shipments arrives in good condition.

    Description of Complaint:June 8, 2022, ***** cargo Express services was used to deliver a 50-inch ** to ****************** on 6/8/22 Tv arrived in damaged condition the screen arrived with a dented side and a scratch on the upper left side of the screen. *********** did not package the ** when the came to pick it up and took it as is, ensuring me that the tv would be protected and packaged well at the company before shipment ..,, *********** is not taking responsibility for damaged Tv and i have not been refunded for this... I called multiple times asking for solution and they refused to come to any solution ..I would like a refund on the amount i paid to have this smart tv delivered. $350.00 charges for delivery overseas ** 50 INCH SMART ** There's a Foto of tv before pickup and receipt does not say screen damage

    At ******* Cargo Express we strive to provide exceptional customer service and ensure clients receive their merchandise in great condition. At delivery we ensured the ** was functioning properly. The recipient examined the ** and signed off satisfied with delivery and our service. Clients did not voice any concerns or dissatisfaction with the shipment until after delivery. As a courtesy, we will provide the client with a replacement of the ** 50 inch smart tv. We will reach out to the client with next steps and expected delivery of replacement.
