    Placed an order online may 15th, for delivery to my girlfriend on our 4th anniversary. Called the 23rd to get information on delivery times for the following day, was told call back day of delivery so i did. Was told too early deliveries go out around 11:30. Called later was told delivery would be 11:30 to 2pm which sounded great since they are 15 minutes away by car. I called around 1pm and was told 1pm to 5pm delivery. I got mad and told them it better be delivered before we go out for our anniversary. I get a call at 615pm from delivery guy telling me he is at the door. Ask me if he wants to leave it on the floor or tale it back with him since no one was home. He was **** enough to send me a photo of the fruit basket some dipped in chocolate wrapped in plastic. I told him no since hallway is hot, its after the hours i was told and we won't be back for hours. I put in a cancelation, then called the location 3 times more twice on thursday and once on friday since i was given the run around and the manager only works during the week yet it was thursday and friday when i called for my refund. I was told by customer service their manager can offer redelivery, my pick up or store credit. I said no to all and want the manager to call me back. Was told they dont have a policy on time, yet i told them custoner service told me 2 different times on May 24th, yet showed up way after when they are soo close by car. Still no refund and just excuses. Anniversary basket paid for but no goods or services. Contacted paypal and edible arrangements. Never using them again so why would I want store credit and they ruined one of my surprises for my gf who is now my Fiance.
