    My contractor ordered approximately $3K worth of cork flooring on my behalf for our gym floor. More than six months later and many, many phone calls and emails later, we still have no cork flooring. Every time we get a rep on the phone or by email, they indicate that the materials are about to be shipped out. Our only recourse has been to request a refund through our credit card, similar to a fraudulent charge. At this point, we have to move on with our home reno project with another supplier.

    I HAVE heard back from the company, and the issue was resolved, but they still acted in a very unprofessional manner and had to be threatened with credit card action. I'd still like my complaint to stand in the record for other consumers to access.
