    I order over $200 worth of hats from this company in 01/2025. As of 03/03/2025, I have NOT received my items nor have I received tracking. There is NO customer service number, just a email.

    Purchased a gift card from this company that is bogus. Every time I try to purchase an item with it, I am issued a refund within days of purchase. No reason given, and items are still showing in stock on web site. Have tried numerous times to contact company and they will not respond.

    On 12/2/22 I placed an order w/ Hat Heaven online. They sent me the order (#******) which I rec'd on 12/8/22. One of the items (a St Louis ********* 2011 WS patch hat) had a minor defect (the side patch was crooked.) I emailed their customer service and rec'd a response on how to complete the return process. I started the return process online and printed the provided postage from the return. I packaged the hat w/ all original tags still on it and bill not curved in the original packaging and sent back to Hat Heaven. On 12/9/22 I rec'd a text from hat Heaven stating "sit back and relax, your return is safely enroute and you will be notified once rec'd by our warehouse." This is almost 3 weeks after I sent the return and they confirmed it was enroute. I emailed their customer service and they stated once return rec'd, and inspected, I will be notified via email and refund processed within 1-3 business days. I asked them if they could check on it or at least the return tracking and they gave the same response. There is no phone number to call listed on hatheaven.com so I pursued other avenues. As of 12/27/22 I still had yet to receive any updates on receipt. At this point I became frustrated and reviewed the business on ****** citing my experience. Knowing that ************** in *** is associated w/ Hat Heaven, I posted my review to that business. I'm not sure what kind of scam they are running, but all I want is my $45 refund listed from their return. I am getting nowhere with them and appreciate any help. Thank you
