    I went in on a Monday , had my car towed and dont get me started on the two guys who came and picked up the car were smoking marijuana just hooked up the car and told me someone will call me when they know whats going on which is sketchy So i said no Ill ride with you & when i first got there off the bat they started throwing crazy numbers at ****** just needed the car fixed and trusted their word i said okay apparently they did a full tune up and said some of my wires had been chewed from a mouse or rat ??? The said once i first called the tow would be included in the price we pay if we end up doing the repairs there which was wrong because i got charged $150.00 for it on top of $775.00. Refused to take a card payment.. kept offering to take me to a near by bank. I kept telling them i dont mind paying fees. Gave me a receipt that just says the things the did not an itemized bill like I asked. I contacted them the next day because as i got on the highway the check engine light came on but not only was that on the car was driving WORSE then when it was brought it. they then tried telling me it was other issues and it might be $500.00 more. My car is still messed up due to them not knowing exactly what to do. This place is a scam and already got me out of $925.00 i went to another repair *********** told me i got ripped off and that they didnt even charge anything. My wires look old he asked me when did i change them and at the time i said yesterday and he looked and said no these wires look old they told me i needed to change my ignition coil that would be $500 i ended up bringing it to the repair shop that told me they never changed my wires for them to only charge $80.00 on a job that the scammers wanted to charge me $500.00. I just want either my money back because the car is honestly worse condition then what i brought it in for. I tried speaking to these people but when you ask For a manager they tell you someone would reach out and never do.

    June 3, 2024To whom it may concern, I, ***************************, on May 28, 2024. I called and made a complaint about Bronx towing company because, I was forced to go to ATM at 1:30 AM to redraw money to pay. I o(er to pay via Bank America card, PayPal. The Driver said *********** going to have to pay tax if I pay via card and claims that the company only accept, Cash, Cashapp, Zelle, because any other form of payment, the company will have to pay tax. I, **************** responded, It is okay charge the tax. The driver refused and took my car without notifying me. Furthermore, I asked the driver, How would I got my receipt? He said, I would have to call the company on the next day for it. I said, If I provide cash, I will need my receipt the same day, not tomorrow. On the following day, I went to the company storage and found that my car was scratched at the front bumper, and my car was parked in the street. While, I got charged $125 for parking. I also got charged $ 175 for the drivers unilateral decision of going to the storage with my car. I really want you to know how this company has taken advantage of the community, by charging for a service that is not provided. In addition to this, the company o9ce has many things that are not working such as, printer, outlet, place was not clean. I requested a print out of my receipt, I was unable to get it.
