    On april 6 on 5 am i rented a room from this location before i rented the room i asked if the rooms were clean the employee assured me it was i paid with my debit card when I entered the room it was disgusting the mattress was dirty and seen bed bugs on the box mattress also the shower handle was broken and water started leaking downstairs I immediately left the room i told the employee i did not want to stay there the room was not up to standards and was unsatisfied with the location I requested a refund he offered me another room and extend my time i checked it out but it was the same thing I refused and insisted that i get my money back because i was disgusted and was not going to stay there he made me fill out a refund request form and because it was friday that I probably wouldnt get the refund until monday or tuesday the 10 or 11th of april i said ok . I waited until Wednesday the 12th and i did not receive my refund or a call from the location about this situation i called several times to speak to management and keep getting the run around i appeared today in person april 17th 2023 Monday to see if i can resolve the problem once again i got the run around and management was no where to be found i believe this is unfair i did not stay here and my money was taken i just would like a full refund please
