    I purchased a replacement water filter for my refrigerator from Precip Filter on February 17, 2025. The filter arrived a few days later. I installed it correctly and it worked great for the first several days. Shortly after that, it started leaking and I was not able to dispense water from the refrigerator any longer. I reached out to the company. I called the phone number, but it wasnt connecting. I sent them an email explaining my situation and asked for a replacement. They asked me to reconfirm that I installed it properly. I did. They then asked me how I wanted to proceed and I have not had any correspondence since then. I have included screen shots of the email conversations I have had with them. I would just like a refund so I can purchase a replacement filter somewhere else. I have not had any filter since it started leaking.

    Regarding the complaint from ***** ******, here is our response:

    Acknowledgment of the Customer's Concern:
    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience the customer experienced with the replacement water filter purchased from us. We understand how frustrating it can be when a product does not meet expectations.

    Our Actions and Communication History:
    Upon receiving the customers initial email about the issue, we responded promptly and asked for confirmation that the filter was installed correctly. After the customer confirmed proper installation, we followed up by asking how they would like to proceedeither with a replacement or a refund. Unfortunately, we did not receive any further responses from the customer.

    Customer provided screenshots of emails they sent to us. However, it appears that those emails did not reach us due to unforeseen technical issues. 

    Current Resolution Offer:
    We remain fully committed to resolving this issue to the customers satisfaction. As of now, we are ready to provide either a full refund or a replacement filter, as per the customer's preference. Additionally, we have attached screenshots of our email correspondence to verify our attempts to resolve this matter.
